They've spent lots of money on it apparently but it wouldn't be Blackpool if it got too gentrified. Owen used to live in Brighton and we were saying that if Brighton had a beach as nice as Blackpool then they'd really be onto a winner but Blackpool is VERY deprived. It's a good place to go if you're having a fat day though...
